Residential Ofsted Reports

Ofsted inspect us each year and report on the extent to which our provision meets the national standards for residential special schools.

We are very pleased to have received three Outstanding reports in the past three years.

Another Outstanding Report on our Residential Provision 2017

The school is very pleased that following the Ofsted inspection of our residential provision conducted from 7 to 9 March 2017, our school has once again been judged to be outstanding, with 'the overall experiences and progress of children and young people', 'the quality of care and support', and 'how well children and young people are protected' all awarded 'outstanding' and 'the impact and effectiveness of leaders and managers' awarded 'good'. This is the third successive inspection team that have awarded an outstanding grade to our residential provision.

Rosemary would like to say 'thank you' to our governors and parents for their support, and a big 'well done'to Richard O'Shea, our Head of Care, for his leadership and to all residential staff for their hard work and dedication in making our residential provision a valuable part of the our students' education.
