Headteacher's Welcome

Rosemary Adams OBE, our Headteacher.

On behalf of the students, staff and governors of Baskerville School, welcome to our website, where you will find a great deal of information about Baskerville School and our approach to education.

Baskerville School is a special day and residential school for students aged 11 to 19 years, with autistic spectrum disorders and complex difficulties. They have a wide range of abilities, interests and needs.

I am extremely proud of our students who never cease to surprise us with what they achieve in their time at the school. I am very privileged to be leading a school which is a unique community of individuals. Together we can aspire for outstanding outcomes for all the students who enter the school.

I am lucky to be supported by a highly committed and dedicated team of teacher, teaching assistants, and care and support staff who are focused on preparing students for life beyond school.

As a school we want to do the very best for your child. I strongly believe in partnership between home, school and the wider community so that together we can help our students to learn to be tolerant, think about others and respect the people around them.

We always enjoy hearing from students, parents, visitors and friends, so please leave a message in our Guestbook, or get in touch by one of the ways listed on the Contact Us page.
